MCSA upgrade, 70-648

Has anyone successfully completed the above exam? Please recommend fruitful reading material.

I did that last year in october I believe. Mostly used CBT Nuggets videos.
It's not a very hard exam if you know the stuff you learned during your MCSA studies, some hands on experience with Server 2008 helps a lot as well! The exam was in 2 parts, 30 questions they got from the 70-640 exam and 20 something from the 70-642.

If you haven't been exposed to Server 2003/2008 much it might be interesting to do the 2 exams (640 & 642) instead of the upgrade, just to refresh your knowledge. :>
