Not cheap, but in my opinion TrainSignal ... CBT Nuggets are quite short / quick ...

I have seen the Trainsignal CBTs and they can get very thorough, almost to the point of boredom (in a good way) because they talk about everything.

What, no love for Elias Khnaser?

I actually met David Davis @ Partner Exchange this year and he is a very down to earth guy. Train Signal has some great products for vSphere but I did have to give a quick mention to Elias since he did a decent job on some videos in the past.
