has anyone used this book? i am wondering if it is like the MS Press book with the labs and all that?

also would this book along with the professor messers videos, labbing and real world experience work.

I have the book...only began using it but it does not really have any labs in it. It does have some memory exercises are pretty good....letting you know what you really need to memorize.

When I have some time to go through it I will let you know more.
