....according to this article. Also on the same site, they talk about the expected rise in the poaching of skilled IT personnel.

It's a good time to be in IT, I think.

I'm not currently looking but I wonder if I should be!

    I think if anything this will help those with less experience since many more experienced employees might have stuck around when hiring was lower than normal.

    I wish someone would poach me from my menial job. Nothing like the feeling of being wanted.

    I know that my boss has been talking about needing to steal talent from other employers around here. He's found the applicant pool to not be highly skilled enough for the type of position he's looking to fill.
