Passed C|EH on 4/7/2011
Kinda a rough experience, the test center I was scheduled at moved and they never notified me - good thing it was not far away.
Decided I really wanted this cert, soent the better part of three months, reading:
Offical CEH Study guide
Exam Cram
hacking exposed 6 (best book in my opinion)
Pen Testers Open Source Tool Kit volume 5
Did a lot of hands on labs and read the offical courseware, but I did the self study route.
I can confirm what others are saying, the offical book is worthless...hacking exposed was in my opinion the best source.

I took v6 as v7 is not out yet.
