ISA Server 2006

Hey Everyone

I just have quick question im interested in learning about ISA Server 2006,I was thinking of purchasing a book that you guys could recommend or/and use some video tutorials such as Trainsignal cbt etc and if I would be able to learn it in a virtual environment like vmware.
