I am intend to pass 70-290 So I want to know what I need and now I am studying 70-290 training kit by Dan Holme and Orin Thomas.

Well, you've started at the right place. You should have at least 2 PCs for hands-on study--one for a client and one with the server program on it so you can set up a domain, etc. You will need this practice because Microsoft is starting to use simulations in this exam, and the answers to questions will be answered as if you were actually doing admin work.

Be sure that,before taking the test you pass all the tests which come with the book you mention.They are enough realistic to what you`ll meet on real test.
Practice a lot having two computers or use VMware solution.

So much thanks for all of your advices and I also need some prep training kit and free exam questions for my exam.Please give me the links and I'll be study as hard as I can for pass.This is my first step and first exam to get MCSE 2003,so please give some helps to me.
