QoS/CoS Text?

Anyone know of a good QoS/CoS text? I find myself involved more and more in Telecom related issues, and feel that a solid understanding of these would help me greatly.

And honestly the Ciscopress QoS book was the most fun to read out of all the books I have read. The author really made it fun to read. I still dislike QoS, as my least favorite topic, but he made it endurable.

That'll be Wendell Odom. He certainly made it bloody easy to understand.

The Odom book is excellent. That and the SRND PDF get my votes!
