So what is the opinion of some of the "Boot Camps" offered for CCNA Security?
Any good, bad?
Thanks

Which ones? I normally do not condone boot camps. You can learn the same amount if not more, for a lot less money on your own time.

The company I work for is pushing to have employees do these, so the cost would not be paid by myself.
I was thinking either Boson in Tampa, or CC Bootcamp in Vegas.

Either of those would be good -- and honest.

To get the most out of a boot camp you still need to do some self-study before you go.

I know one of the guys at the Vegas CC Bootcamp, he knows his stuff well. If work pays for it then go for it! icon_thumright.gif

Do you have any gear at home? Best way to learn imho.

    Sadly, no gear at home.
I got packet tracer and all the virtual stuff I can handle. Plus the Security guys at my job will let me play with almost anything.
It would be a great thing also, since they are pitching to move from PIX to ASA and I would be apart of the design, install and admin.
