If you work with hyper-V R2 and VMM 2008 you can pass the exam.
I used the Sybex book recommended here in the forum and watched all the free MS videos.
Make sure you know how to configure CSV cluster and work with hyper-v in clustered configuration.
You will need some RDS knowledge as well.
