After spending the past year working on security certifications (GSEC, GCIH and CISSP) I've decided I need to finish up my MCITP:SA. I only need to do the 642 and 646. Last year when I was reviewing for the 643 (I'm holding off on that for now) the reading material was still 2008 but it appears the tests were transitioning to 2008 R2. Is everything now 2008 R2 on the tests?
For those who have taken these two, if you have any advice that would be awesome!

There is one book out that covers R2 for 640, 642, and 643 (Amazon.com: MCTS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Complete Study Guide (Exams 70-640, 70-642 and 70-643) (9780470948460): William Panek: Books). Otherwise MS-Press books will be updated within the next couple months.MCTS: Windows Vista, Configuration

There weren't any R2 books or similar out when I did mine, but I just checked the topics on the exams, focussed on the red marked in the 642 sticky, and read up about them on technet. Oh, and most importantly, labbed them all and in as many different ways as possible. Best way to learn.
646 doesn't have a sticky here (unfortunately), so combine the stuff from the 640 and 642.
