I can finally start my CCNP R&S journey.
Also, there was a hot chick taking a Security+ test at the testing center.
The study materials I used are Cisco Press OCG and Sybex CCNA Security.

Congrats! Oh, and also on passing the exam.....I usually hang out on 224.0.0.10 (FF02::A) and 224.0.0.5 (FF02::5) when I'm in a non-proprietary mood.

I am really excited that I can start studying CCNP. I was reading the Routing TCP/IP Vol 1 2nd Ed. last night the book's topics are very well explained and very easy to understand.Studying:

Any tips you have for CCNP journey?
Make sure you know how to get around SDM.Studying:

Thanks for that although I don't really link using gui front ends of stuff, I am forced to learn the SDM... I'd rather be hammering away at the cli...
As for the CCNP Journey, I did the ROUTE then the SWITCH and at last the TSHOOT, I found it a lot easier to study for the ROUTE than the switch because I get ALOT of practice on our eigrp Cisco network
The SWITCH exam was okay for me because I had a few high end catalyst switches lying around the office. I don't know what your lab scenario is like but if you are using GNS3 for your routing it will do fine, as for switching I would advise you to find a cheap switch on ebay for the L2 security topics for the switch exam (private vlans etc...)
The TSHOOT was AWESOME!!! By far the most awesome exam I have sat for (and I've sat for quite a few...)
Hope this helps
