Security Analyst position

Hi all, I have a job interview on Wednesday. The position is for a Security Analyst position in a NOC about 45 mins away. I'm currently working as a System Administrator 10 mins away from my house, but I also have to support all the user issues as well, and am the lone IT for about 150 users. My current position has been wearing on me lately, so I've really been trying to break into Networking/Security. Is there anything that I should do to prepare for the interview? What are the experiences of working in a NOC like?
