Burn Video DVD to work in the UK

My boss bought a camera (Sanyo VPC-CS1) and it came with Xacti Software, which personally I think is crap.

The issue is that were in the US and my boss lives in the UK so this software burns everything to only work in Region 1 and I need something that will either burn everything Region 2 or Region 0 (aka ALL Regions).

Can you guys recommend a piece of software that could do this?

I took a look at DVD Shrink and I see that it is only shrinking for DVD's.

I actually meant that my boss took a bunch of videos (mov format) and wanted to put them on a single disk inorder to play them in UK DVD player.

Depending on the DVD player if it can play DivX movies you could convert the MOV files to DivX Mpegs and then all you would have to do is burn the files on to a CD or DVD and let the DVD player do the work of playing them. Otherwise you are looking at DVD production software like Adobe Premiere Pro or something cheaper like Cyberlink PowerDirector.

EDIT: DVD Shrink can remove DVD Region Protection, so it might still come in handy.

ah ok, I thought you want to remove a region from a DVD. Have a look at the Xilisoft suites .. I am using a few products from them and they are very easy and normally convert anything to everything, including DVDs (using the right products).
