    Some vague and misleading questions and some that just made no sense.

    ie. What would a tech use to remotely configure a users pc?

    Task Manager
    Control Panel
    Word Pad
    Device Manager

    Thank you all.. This site has helped a lot in finding study material. Planning the CCNA in Sept some time. Thinking of trying to squeak a Microsoft cert in between. Any thoughts or ideas? I need to do some research.
