Exchange Archiving
Just a quick question that wasn't easily Googled for me.
I want to be able to archive my email, but I don't want it to move them to a new archive folder.
I'll admit, I haven't done a lot of digging.

Most backup solution providers have something that does this, like Symantec or Commvault. They require a plug-in for the users Outlook though. Messages are archived to your archive storage (tape sucks for this!), and a "stub" is left in the users mailbox. When the user opens the stub, the plug-in contacts the backup server and retrieves the archived message.
