The actual document that contains that Flash Animation is also a good read: Spanning Tree Protocol Problems and Related Design Considerations - Cisco Systems
Other useful docs/flash animations for the CCNA include:
How LAN Switches Work - Cisco Systems
Understanding VLAN Trunk Protocol (VTP) - Cisco Systems
How NAT Works - Cisco Systems
