I would like to know what are my chances of passing if I can get all of the Practice Exams Questions right?

    Pretty good chance...............maybe. If you get all of the questions correct the first time that you take the test, and not after taking the practice exam 3 or 4 times.

    I assume you mean the "Practice Exam Questions" here on TechExams.
    There are other practice exams you can try too. Here's some

    I would suggest that, at the least, you go to comptia.com and have a good look at the exam objectives to be sure that you have a working knowledge of each thing on the list.

    Take as many practice exams as possible. You don't want to get blindsighted by a question that you are unfamiliar with.
