Always Late to the Party (649 exam topics)

I'm finally studying to get my MCITP:EA. I'm going to go through the exam upgrades since I only have 2 tests to do since I've already done my 620. Sweet!

Just a quick question as I read through this book. Are the topics below actually a good representation of the test? Or does the test ask you the old 2003 questions (like the famous Universal Group Caching vs GC!)
