Trouble scheduling RHCSA

I was curious if anyone else has had any issues scheduling the exam? Can't seem to get a definite answer as to whether my seat has been reserved even after calling? Still waiting to get email confirmation of exam being booked been a few days now?

When you book the exam you will get an email about the registration for the exam. You seat is NOT reserved until you receive a second email stating that your exam spot is book and your seat has been confirmed (says it in the email). The two emails are usually about 2 - 5 business days apart.

I saw that, I figured if I called they would have more info on the status but they don't. I guess I just need to be a little more patient.

Yeah, I had similar problems when booking with them. Their system is really a joke.

When you call, use option 2. They are the ones that actually think and can help.

No problems scheduling, but the last 3 classes I've tried to take have not ran. My classes in June and July need one more sign up each.
