Cisco Support Contracts - are they always so stupid ?

Man that is annoying the hell out of me. I purchased a SmartNet Contract, took them 5 days to finally add it to my account on cisco.com .. but that is it, no further information are visible and the site bombs out ..

I am now on mail number 20 - back and forth - and they keep sending me the same link to a 404 page ..

Call up there and ask to speak with someone. Its always easier to give you the run around through email.

If I'm paying for the support I'm not getting off the phone until its fixed. The squeaky wheel gets the grease as they say.

True .. gonna give it another try on Monday .. don't need the support RIGHT NOW .. important thing was the IOS download which already works - so that's my weekend "sorted"
