Technically TAC it is a break and fix line, so they do support IOS issues, but only from a troubleshooting standpoint, not a how-to stand point.

Fair enough .. Well I opened a ticket with them to see if they can help me with a VPN - the worst thing that can happen is they say "you're on your own mate" :)

The most common things I've ever seen with VPN:
    1. match settings on both sides (make sure of this)
    2. Run debug to see at what phase it fails
    3. reset internet connections (there could be some caching there, with regards to device swap-outs)

    Hope this helps.

The negotiation is fine, I get all green etc. and I have PARTIAL connectivity ..

Is this an existing connection that went fubar, or a new one that won't work?

    Did you try this document?
VPN Between Sonicwall Products and Cisco Security Appliance Configuration Example - Cisco Systems

EDIT: I read your post at the cisco.com forums, and also looked at the attachment.

    Hrm, saw these posts:

    https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3263727

    https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/256016

    https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2048048

    https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/230408

I hope one of these, compared to your configs, jogs your brain to click on something.

Seems there are some keepalive differences between Cisco and Sonicwall, and one post said to disable them, and I believe I remember seeing that in your configuration.

Let me know if one of these helps.

First document I found on my 'journey to frustrating goodness' icon_wink.gif

But some settings don't seem to work. Don't remember which bit but gave eventually up. That's the problem if you don't really know the technology, you simply don't know whether copy/paste of certain config even makes sense. I wish I knew someone professional in both, Cisco and Sonicwall I could just pay to do that for me lol
