I'd start with the assumption most of the workbooks start off with the "easier" ICND1 labs near the front and build to the "tougher" ICND2 labs closer to the back of the lab books.Hopefully no one has snuck a BGP lab into their CCNA workbook to see if you're awake and paying attention.

Free CCNA Workbook
It's not split up by ICND1 and ICND2, so you'll have to compare against the CCENT exam topics, but that shouldn't be too hard.
