Identity Theft/Privacy Concern - Legal action?

Hello,

I'm in the middle of a very bad breakup. My ex is just going crazy over me. I live in Canada, she lives in France. She has been accessing my facebook, email, playing around, deleting people, changing password. She also created fake address emails with my name and she threatens to send emails from this to make people believe it's me. Also she threatens to post on her facebook some emails I sent her.

Now because she is in another country, is there anything legal I can do? or is just too much pain?

I changed all the password and security questions of all my accounts. So I am sure now she doesn't have access to anything anymore.
