I've not searched,sorry guys but i've been up for 17 hour's and i'm very tired and back up in 7 hour's for work again 
I've been given an interview for an internal job,currently am a service desk analyst doing mainly log and flog's,with some remote assistance to check software,settings etc..
Now,what i'd like to know is what kind of prep I can do,the interview is on friday,only found out about it being on friday today! There will be a small test/exam,anything that I can expect to come across,or should read up on to keep it fresh?
I will be doing a througher search tomorrow,though would also like a quick answer thread aswell if you guy's don't mind

you need 2 pcs for this. Download the software, install it, remote into one of the pc and try to see if you can fix, reboot, have full control of the system. Pretty much this is what remote support is.
