I passed ccna security about a half hour ago and i am cheching my cisco tracker and its appears my ccna security still doesnt appear any idea?

    now i want cisco send me my certificate but i cant find the way to update my name "General Information Verify that name is as it should appear on certificate." look the historial

    Glad it finally showed up in the tracker!

    With regards to certificate fulfillment, I wasn't worried about being mailed the cert, only having it show in the cert tracker was my biggest deal.

    Maybe you're too eager, and things need to update again?

    but its already friday and i opened a case to cisco asking about my kit so i must wait until monday and yeah patience is not one of my virtues icon_redface.gif

    They need to verify your exam results, more than likely. After that goes through, you should be good to go. :D
