Hi
i am currently studying for the MCITP: Windows 7, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician which has 2 exams 70-680 and the 70-685 once i pass these i will be a qualifed MCITP: Windows 7, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician. upon looking a the microsoft website i came across the MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7 in which you have to pass the 70-680 and 70-686, does this mean that after i have passed my MCITP: Windows 7, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician i can then do the 70-686 exam and i would be a MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7 as well as MCITP: Windows 7, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician.
Thanks for your help

Asif Dasl Member Posts: 2,116 ■■■■■■■■□□Passing 70-680 (Windows 7 Configuring) means that when you take 70-685 you get MCITP:Enterprise Desktop Support Technician, and when you take 70-686 you get MCITP:Enterprise Desktop Administrator. Once you take 70-680 you can take either, or both 70-685 & 70-686. So yes, to answer your question...

So for the desktop support and the desktop administrator, you only need to pass 3 exams (680 is only needed once).Decide what to be and go be it.
