I took the 70-270 test on Monday and passed with a 954. I don't think we can say whether it was easy or not. It all depends what you know and how well you studied. I work with XP daily and group policies, desktop support and several operating systems in this environment. I also studied for a month straight every free moment I had to include the whole weekend before I took the test. When I finished I had an hour and ten minutes still left. To me it was easy but I was also well prepared.

RickyRapp Member Posts: 3 ■□□□□□□□□□What did you use for study materials? I work with XP, but not in an Administrator's capacity when it comes to AD. That's going to be the hurdle I need to jump. I have the Transcender for 70-270, 70-271, and 70-272, and the respective MS books, but I know experience is the key.
That's what killed me on the 2000 Pro exam. I missed by 1 question and said "Screw it"...now that I'm trying to get back into it, I'm swamped with information and need a good way to "organize" what I know vs. what I need to know. Why memorize what you can look up??? -
squawk1500 Member Posts: 51 ■■□□□□□□□□Congratulations on the great score! I know the feeling of all that studing paying off at the end of an exam. After I get my Network+ cert, that I'm working on right now, I plan on taking the 70-270 exam. Do you recommend any good books for the exam? I'm even thinking of getting a MCSE pack for microsoftpress but I'm not sure how good their books are. I know with the CCNA I had very good luck with the sybex books and I'm thinking about staying with them. Good luck with your MCSA/MCSE.
