career advice for junior/ccna

hello everyone,

i'm 24 and currently looking for some advice on making a career in networking/cisco.

2 years i have worked at technical support doing basic windows/mac os stuff and some network troubleshooting from the os side. at the same time i've done my ccna exam.
i've recently changed my job and now i'm working as a system admin (more like junior), here i'm providing 1st level support and other things i'm not interested in (70%) plus some networking stuff - basic configuration/upgrading firmware of hp and cisco switches/routers and setting up/administrating checkpoint firewalls, also at the basic level (30%).

i do not have a degree but plan to start distance studies in 1 year.

I really want to specialize in cisco networking, probably start with some partner as travelling a lot to customer sites seems exciting to me. i feel security stuff is my thing (at least more interesing as voip). what cert should i do first - ccnp or ccna security? should i learn specific stuff/specialize now or later? what would be the minimal period to work at the current position and then start looking for a new job?

any advice about how to step in cisco world is appreciated :) probably there are some germany-specific tips. thanks!
