For 70-680 I would recommend the MS Press book CD and MeasureUp along with Selftest.

Are there any free MS practice exams or are those all pay versions?

Do you have any study books? Those should have come with a CD and some practice questions.

Some of the sites like Ucertify, Examforce, etc will have small demos of practice questions you can try.

Ya, I have the Sybex book and the Poulton book, looked over the Sybex questions but wasn't too helpful. Haven't seen the Poulton questions yet. How similar to the actual exam are the questions?
