1841 config issue

in CCNA & CCENT
Hi,
I have an 1841 router that's having some issues. I recently reset everything on the router, but for some reason every time I boot it up, configure everything and reboot, it'll clear everything I had done and start from scratch.
Before I reboot it I make sure that I have done a copy run start command.

What's the configuration register set to? My guess is it might be set to ignore NVRAM on restart.
