Getting Back on Track

Hey guys, I completed the 70-270 and 70-290 just about 4 years ago, before taking a break and doing my CEH, CCNA and CCNA Security. Now I want to complete my MCSA, do I need to just do 70-291 and Security+ and will I have to start over from scratch. How long are Microsoft Certs valid for?
