Does Microsoft have an academy like Cisco?

I noticed at the local community college there is a certficate track you can take that can take you up as high as the CCNP. This of course would require 8 courses, but would give you a lot of opportunities for labbing.

Does Microsoft have similar programs at community colleges around your areas?

The intent of this post is to find alternative options other than for profit training centers and schools.

Noticed you were in the NOVA area as well. I'm looking for an MCITP/EA training course but everywhere I ask, they only provide the boot camp version of it. Tried out the link to the Microsoft IT Academy but was unable to find any classes. Could you recommend me some vendors or agencies that would provide MCITP/EA non bootcamp version?
