Oversea/International Job Search sites?

I was wondering if any of you knew of any major sites that are good in searching for jobs outside of the United States? I was thinking about somewhere like the Philippines in particular, as English is one of their main languages, but I really don't have a preference otherwise. (Preferably not in the Middle East though.)

Did you check at different multinational corporations? Did you do a google search for international corporations in the state that you live in? Google is the only search site that I know of.Booya!!

If you're after expat jobs, check out ExpatHiring.com. Seems like a new job site, but definitely got some interesting jobs.
