Not sure. But the target is CCIE. I see most ppl go in CCIP then CCIE. is that the correct route? -

That depends. If you have a strong background in BGP, MPLS, and QoS then the CCIP may not be needed. Most people pursue the CCIP to strengthen these areas before going for the CCIE.
Congrats on the pass and good luck towards the CCIECCIE Sec: Starting Nov 11 -

See my post in the thread below:

For the QoS exam I would look at:
Amazon.com: End-to-End QoS Network Design: Quality of Service in LANs, WANs, and VPNs (0619472051764): Tim Szigeti, Christina Hattingh: Books
and
Amazon.com: Cisco QOS Exam Certification Guide (IP Telephony Self-Study) (2nd Edition) (9781587201240): Wendell Odom, Michael J. Cavanaugh: Books
If you are going for the CCIE, you may also want to read up on IP Multicast networksCCIE Sec: Starting Nov 11 -

Sorry, wasn't suggesting you had to go CCIP > CCIE Route!! but it does seem to be the best route as you need the QOS,BGP and MPLS for the CCIE anyway - may as wellget another cert on the way.
Good luck anyway.Going all out for Voice. Don't worry Data; I'll never forget you
