Wow, it's almost daja vu!! I scored 700/700 on this one. So I pass both the 70-640 and 70-642 with a 700/700. Makes me laugh but that just means that I have to study more to be allot more proficient.

Old saying I know, a pass is definitely a pass. Well done! But definitely work on your knowledge, you have furry beasts coming up in the form of the 70-643 and the 70-647 (the king beast).

The more MCTS exams I take the more I believe you need to study the exam vs. study the material.
Sorry, but get back on it and concentrate on the weak areas (you should get a bar graph report showing them).
Knowing the material in and out helps in two ways: One, it will help you weed out the correct answer, or at least narrow down the usual two close ones; and two, you will be a better and more confident IT pro.
