Between MS closing the functionality gap by adding (needed) features to Hyper-V and VMWare's
punishing new
licensing model, we may start to see some VMWare to Hyper-V migrations. With Server 8 still at least a year away, now would be the time to start working on certs and experience in a couple of virtualization platforms to put yourself in the sweet spot for some pricey migration consulting gigs.
