Accessing Dvd & Online Test For The Syngress Book

I just purchased a copy of the MCSA/MCSE Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure (Exam 70-291) by Syngress. It was supposed to come w/ a dvd & have online practice questions. Well the practice questions are not online. Also this book didn't have the dvd. I was hoping one of you fine folks here could direct me on where these materials might be. I have sent an email to syngress, but I just love being proactive
