I am planning to use the A+ and Network+ as an elective exam for the MCSA. How do I show proof or verfication to Microsoft that these exams were completed?

Create a transcript on CompTIA's website and send a link to mcphelp@microsoft.com.

It will take them a couple days but then they will update your MS transcript.
