Disable Device Menu on SRW2016

Anybody here knows how to disable the SRW2016 16 port Gigabit switch? When I telnet the switch, it gives me this menu that let me to pick what config I want to edit. I want to be able to go enable mode and stuff, which I have no idea how to get to from this switch.
