To CCNAs: ACLs and 'help' function on exams

I'm not sure if this violates any rules about the exam, and if so, please edit or delete this thread... but for the CCNAs or to those of you who have taken ICND2: to what extent can you you use the help ("?") CLI function on the exam when it comes to ACLs and NAT? There are tons of options, possibilities and configurations and it'd be nice to know how deep your syntax knowledge really needs to be when configuring ACLs.

While studying for the CCNA myself, training material has mentioned that Cisco said the ? option is available for use on the exam.

With that said, I would advise you to study the material to a point that '?' is used very little as the time allotted for the test is enough for the average individual to barely answer all of the questions. Even then, others have said they've ran out of time.

Everything I've heard and read said you can use it, though I don't remember actually trying myself when I took the CCNA.
