Linux Administrator opportunity?

May have an opportunity as a linux Admin, Redhat.

I have 6 months to learn as much as I can, any info on where to start? Linux+?

    I agree with demon, Linux+ will give you a good starting foundation and a grasp of general Linux concepts. After that start specializing in your distro of choice.

    Linux+ is a great start. Don't worry a lot about certifications right now, just learn as much as you can on the job. If you can afford Red Hat trainings, then take RHCSA and then RHCE. I recommend, however, you take them after you gain some practical hands-on :)
