Never got the Certificate

in CCNA & CCENT
hey folks
i passed CCNA intro on 14 feb but never got the pass certificate.Do i have to pass ICND and get 1 CCNA or will i get 2 certificates?
i logged into tracking site and it says
Once logged into the Tracking System click on the "Test History" button then click on "Certificate Status" hyperlink to view when your graduation certificate was mailed.
but when i check it, the coulmns are blank... so that means nothing has been mailed

Yes. You get one certificate because it's one certification: CCNA. Whether you take the two or the single exam.Do i have to pass ICND and get 1 CCNA
