killwarkillwar Member Posts: 29 ■□□□□□□□□□
I passed exam on Windows Seven (70-680) this year and i was wondering how many certs do i receive if i pass my next exam (70-685) Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7 .

If i pass do i get just one cert, MCITP:EDST Windows 7 or two certs,
MCITP and the MCITP:EDST Windows7 ?

    Well you get 2 Titles

One is the MCTS ( Windows 7 ) for passing your 680 Exam and the other one MCITP:EDST ( Windows 7 )

as for the certs i think you can have them ordered from MS with a cost for it . ( else you can download and print them via Certificate Manger )

    Hope that helps

Hey thanks for the info, i'm aware of the titles but still wondering what certificates
do I get from completing the MCITP:EDST on Seven

    MCITP (nothing shown)
    MCITP:Enterprise Desktop Support Technician 7

    Is that Correct?

Hopefully I've understood what your asking,

You get one "you are now an MCTS" plus one MCTS Windows 7, Configuring

Then you should get "you are now an MCITP" type cert and your MCITP Desktop Support technician cert. A total of four certificates to my knowledge.
