Suggestions on my resume

This is just the basic information in a bulleted format. This will be applied to a professional template once I am done. I am trying to build it out first before making it look nice.

This is all my work experience since I graduated from college in 2001. Not sure if I should leave off some of the work experience and or rearrange my certifications and education.

You asked for it! Here you go -

1. Just after each job title have a one sentence description on your job role and the environment. I have something like this - Working as the Backup Admin and Server Engineer in a 3000+ user 350+ server multi-domain forest in an ITIL environment.

2. You dont need to say you are a contractor (in your first role). I dont think the prospective employer needs to know it, if they do they'll ask ya.

3. Your resume is quite tidy, but TBH it's boring. Put some numbers in, HR like to see those. Put in some percentages. Spruce it up!

4. See how you've one line bullet points, put some more meat on the bones, have 2 sentences per bullet points. Just lends some more substance to the resume, I guess.

5. Club all your military experience into the one title. And I dont think you need to go any further back than 2003-2003. 9 years is Enough!!

6. You've got some nice certs, move them up where everyone can see them. Move them to top just below the Summary. Re-do the Summary section too.
