I am currently working on the CCNA and I get emails about jobs multiple times a week that are all pretty similar. It's a network services/support position. I assume it's some sort of position in the NOC.
I understand the CCNA part. What do they mean by "Expert Required". What makes you an expert? What makes you intermediate? It seems so generic to me. Thoughts?

10) perform availability mgmt Intermediate Required

For this it doesn't look so much a Cisco expert but more of a networking expert or knowing how to troubleshoot network problems quickly. Apply, the worst they can say is no.
