Voice Lab - Good Deal ?

Hi.

Just wondering what you guys think of an this offer from a co-worker. I am taking an MSC in Advanced Networking with Open University and building up my lab and with the change to ICOMM came the chance to buy his lab. He has offered it to me for about 180 euros and I am wodering you think it is worth this and especially with the switch to mainly CUCM for ICOMM.
