I have a spare computer that has windows 7 on it, and i have a spare computer that has windows XP on it, i would like to turn the spare 7 into some kind of lab to practice for my 680 exam.. i dont know how much more ram it could take so i am not sure if a VMware solution would work.. i might need to look into that..
- i dont have alot of computer to build a new system..
What do i need / how should i setup a lab?? any suggestions and tips

As far as a lab goes, Oracle's virtual box is pretty nice and it's free. I just got done loading my second DC for my lab. My lab PC has only 4GB of RAM, but I can run the 2 DC's and a client fairly well.
