DB Role not populating permissions for a particular SQL Standard 2k8 Express View

Anyone have any idea why a DB role would not populate a particular DB view in SQL 2k8 Express?
Logged in user is a local and domain admin, but for some reason, we have to manually add the DB role to the view.
Thoughts?
