Is it true that when packets move from source to the destination, the layer 3 address, will always remain unchanged ?
And the Layer 2 address...MAC address will change from host to host ?

The destination IP address remains unchanged when the packet moves from the source to the destination. It always equals to the IP address of the destination host.
The destination MAC address is the MAC address of the next hop router in the path. It changes from hop-to-hop.KPLAB
